In a picturesque, secluded location with a magnificent view of the Berchtesgaden Alps, nestled among meadows and forests, our lovingly run guesthouse is situated at an elevation of 700 m above Bischofswiesen in the Berchtesgaden Valley.
Please understand that pets are not allowed in our guesthouse.

The charming town center of Bischofswiesen, with its train station as well as shopping options and everyday amenities—including a butcher shop, bakery, inn, pizzeria, hair salon, doctor’s office, and flower shop—is about a 30-minute walk downhill. There’s also a bus stop about a 20-minute walk downhill.
Katharina and Raphael Köppl We both grew up in Berchtesgaden and are deeply rooted in our hometown. In 2021, we took over the family-run guesthouse from our parents and in-laws, respectively, and continue to run it with great passion. Besides managing the guesthouse, we love spending time with our children in the mountains. Our shared hobby—beekeeping—also grew out of our love for nature.
