In Normandy, in the Pays de Bray and 25 minutes from Rouen, independent cottage for 4 people.
Come and stay in this authentic 16th century dovecote with a breathtaking view of the Héronchelles valley (Emma Bovary's circuit).
In a very quiet area, near the owners' house, you have an enclosed garden of 3000m². This cottage has been fitted out and designed keeping the traditional aspect of the dovecote (exposed framework on the 2nd floor, bricks) while bringing modern comfort and a neat decoration.
Pets allowed with a "pet" deposit of 50€/stay. Second pet accepted after agreement with the owner.
First floor:
- open kitchen (ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, freezer),
- dining/living area with pellet stove, flat screen TV, Bluetooth speakers (in each bedroom and in the living room), DVD player, board games.
1st floor:
- 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90x200cm),
- shower room,
- Separate toilet.
2nd floor:
- 1 large master bedroom (1 double bed 160x200cm) with flat screen TV and exposed beam.
Large garden shared with the owners with swing, swing, trampoline and ping-pong table. Private garden furniture with barbecue and deckchairs at the foot of the Colombier. New in 2023 an 11-meter long heated swimming pool shared with the owners and open from April to October depending on the weather.
