🧼 Welcome Kit: We provide a basic amenity kit for the first few days. For the remainder of your stay, you will be responsible for purchasing your own supplies. We appreciate your understanding, as this is a vacation rental and not a hotel service.

☀️ IMPORTANT: The apartment does not have air conditioning; the thermostats provided control only the heating. We are located in the Dolomites, where the alpine climate offers cool and pleasant temperatures even in the summer. Open the windows and enjoy the fresh mountain air!

🌱 Heating and Sustainability
We constantly monitor the local weather and turn on the heating system as soon as temperatures drop, ensuring your home is always warm.

The temperature is set to 21°C / 22°C, ideal for healthy comfort. We ask that you avoid wasting energy out of respect for the environment; any requests for higher temperatures will incur an extra charge.

⚡ Electrical System
As in most homes in Italy, there is a limit to the electrical capacity. Please avoid turning on too many appliances at the same time (such as the washing machine, dryer, oven, kettle, hair dryer, and induction cooktop) to prevent the circuit breaker from tripping. If that happens, no problem: you’ll find instructions in the house on how to restore power in a flash!
