Welcome to Villa Shanti, a charming and spacious summer villa tucked away in the Provençal village of Plan-de-la-Tour, in the heart of the Côte d'Azur. Surrounded by vineyards, olive groves, and the picturesque Massif des Maures, the villa is a true oasis of tranquility, just a 10-minute walk from the village center with its cafés, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. For those who want to explore further: Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime, Cannes, Nice, and even Monaco are easily accessible by car.

The villa
Villa Shanti comfortably accommodates up to 12 adults and 5 children, spread across six bedrooms and four bathrooms. The layout is ideal for families or groups who want to be together without intruding on each other’s space. The property consists of a main house and two completely separate outbuildings, each with its own entrance, bedrooms, and bathroom. This way, everyone can enjoy the warmth of a shared vacation while still having the privacy that a family or couple needs.

Main Residence (100 m², fully air-conditioned)
The main residence is the beating heart of the villa. On the first floor, there is a large open living area with a cozy fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a central cooking island. The kitchen is equipped with a seven-burner gas stove, a grill, two ovens (gas and convection), a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a Nespresso machine, and all necessary kitchen utensils. There is no microwave. Inside, there is a dining table that seats 8 people.
On the first floor is the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom featuring both a bathtub and a shower, and a private balcony offering breathtaking views of the valley. A second bedroom on the same floor features its own en suite shower room. The main house also has two separate restrooms, one on the first floor and one on the first floor.

Annex 1 (fully air-conditioned)
The first annex has two bedrooms, each accommodating two adults, with a shared bathroom featuring a shower and toilet. This building is ideal for a second family or a couple seeking a bit more independence.

Annex 2 (fully air-conditioned)
The second annex is perfect for families with children. The first bedroom accommodates two adults and three children, while the second bedroom accommodates two adults and two children. The shared bathroom is spacious and features a bathtub, shower, toilet, and two sinks.

Outdoors:
Villa Shanti is at its most beautiful outdoors. The sparkling infinity pool with copper/silver ionization (chlorine-free) offers a spectacular panoramic view of the valley and the surrounding hills. Surrounding the pool are several terraces and lounge areas that provide shade at different times of the day, ideal for outdoor dining, sunbathing, or simply relaxing with a good book or a glass of Provençal rosé.
The outdoor dining area near the main house seats 20 guests, and scattered throughout the garden are additional dining tables that seat 12, 8, and 6 people, respectively. Whether it’s a lavish family dinner or a casual barbecue, the outdoor space is spacious enough for everyone. A gas barbecue is available for true grill enthusiasts.
For those who enjoy staying active, there’s a table tennis table and a basketball hoop on the property. Children and adults alike will find the perfect blend of relaxation and exercise here. The lush garden serves as a green buffer that shields the villa from the outside world, ensuring absolute peace and privacy.
The private grounds offer parking for up to six cars, including one covered carport.

Comfort and Technology
Inside, the villa is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the entire property, a powerful sound system, satellite and smart TV, and a DVD player. The living areas are designed for maximum comfort, with ample seating and a media nook on a raised level in the living room. Full climate control in both the main house and the two outbuildings ensures that everyone can sleep soundly even on the hottest summer nights.

Villa Shanti is smoke-free and does not allow pets.
