About this house rental
This new accommodation with fenced garden terrace, in a peaceful village offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. It is located 3 km from the shores of Lake Bourget.
Close to the village of Chanaz (6 km) with its Savières canal, called "the little Savoyard Venice" and the abbey of Hautecombe.
Lake Bourget with its wild coasts and mountains is authentic, ideal for: recharging your batteries, practicing sports (hiking, cycling, nautical, air, ...), motorcycle rides.
Accommodation
We welcome you personally.
Beds are made on arrival.
Towels, bath mats and dish towels are provided and bathrobes (for the jacuzzi).
We offer cleaning during your stay.
When you leave, we ask you to empty the rubbish, wash the dishes, empty the dishwasher and put away the dishes.
We We also ask for the cleaning of the plancha.
The jacuzzi is private, it is outside in the garden-terrace.
For weekend stays, the departure time may be delayed depending on availability, ask us.
On request and at no extra charge, we provide you: travel cot, mattress, high chair.PGJyPgPGJyPg
We remind you that smoking is not allowed in the cottage. We put ashtray for the outside. Above all, do not put cigarette butts in the garbage cans of the accommodation, the smell is very difficult to get rid of.
It is strictly forbidden to have noisy parties for the well-being of our neighbors.
Your pet should not be left alone in the cottage.
A TASSIMO pod coffee maker and a filter coffee maker are at your disposal in the cottage.

This is a house with 2 semi-detached dwellings but with private garden-terrace of about 70 m2 for each dwelling which is equipped, fenced and landscaped which includes:

It is possible to book the 2 cottages at the same time for a family reunion, ... because the separating door of the terrace-gardens can be opened.
In the village, next to the Town Hall of St Pierre, there is a children's park, a city and a bowling alley next to the Saint Pierre.
Please note, no arrivals and departures on 24 and 25 December. Thank you for your understanding
