Magnificent village house completely renovated and air-conditioned, with a small garden, a pretty swimming pool (4.50X2.20), deckchairs, and a south-facing terrace with table for outdoor dining. Located in a private cul-de-sac, very quiet just 2 minutes walk from the center of the village of ST Remy de Provence and 100 m from the food shops and with a free private parking space adjoining the house.
On the first floor, a fully equipped kitchen with dining room, a living room with sofas, TV. A large closet with washing machine, dryer and drying rack and finally a beautiful bedroom with a large twin bed (160 or 2 X80), TV, and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Upstairs, the two master suites with large twin bed (180 or 2X90), TV in all the bedrooms and their own bathroom: sink, shower and toilet. And finally, one of the suites has a huge dressing room. Possibility for small children to have a travel cot and high chair on request.
