The Averbeck family’s half of the townhouse features a living room on the first floor with a couch, a coffee table, two armchairs, a dining area with four chairs, and access to the sunny terrace, which is surrounded by a beautiful garden.
The well-equipped kitchen opens directly onto the living area. The vacation home also has a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Upstairs, there is a separate bedroom with a double bed, a crib, and a closet, as well as another separate bedroom with twin beds.
All windows in the vacation home are equipped with roller shades.
There is a large parking lot (No. 2) in front of the house.
The cancellation policy for this property differs from our standard terms and conditions:

Free cancellation is possible up to 60 days before arrival.
For cancellations made between 59 and 40 days before arrival, 40% of the room rate plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
For cancellations made between 39 and 28 days prior to arrival, 60% of the room rate plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
For cancellations 27 days or more before arrival, 90% of the accommodation price plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
