You’ll stay in a groundfloor apartment with no internal stairs, which is uncommon in Venice and especially convenient when arriving with luggage or after a long day of sightseeing.

Inside, the apartment combines clean, modern comfort with traditional Venetian details such as exposed wooden beams. The layout is practical and welcoming, suitable for couples, friends, families, and also for guests working remotely.

Self-check-in allows for flexible arrival once the apartment is ready. Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM, subject to the cleaning schedule. If you arrive earlier, you may be able to drop off your luggage so you can start enjoying Venice right away.

Before arrival, guests will be asked (via VRBO messages) to send photos of IDs or passports for all guests, as required by Italian regulations. Detailed arrival and key instructions are provided after booking.

Getting Here

From Venice Marco Polo Airport, you can take the Alilaguna Blue Line water bus and get off at San Zaccaria. From there, the apartment is a short walk.

If you prefer, we can provide the contact information for a trusted private water taxi driver who can take you close to the apartment (payment made directly to the driver).
