With a living area of approximately 90 square meters, we cordially invite you to our newly built and modernly furnished 5-star vacation apartment. The open-concept living area features a spacious living and dining room and an open, well-equipped kitchen. Here you’ll find an oven, a ceramic stovetop, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, and a kettle. From the living and dining area, you have direct access to the covered balcony with seating, where you can wind down the evening with a glass of wine. In addition, there are two separate bedrooms (1 double bed and 1 single bed) as well as a storage room with ample storage space. It’s also possible to set up two additional sleeping spots for children up to 12 years old in the living room, meaning the apartment can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. There is a spacious, naturally lit bathroom with a walk-in shower (1.00 m wide, 1.50 m long), a toilet, a sink, a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer. The entire living area is equipped with modern tile flooring and underfloor heating.



An urban idyll in the vineyards: Our 5-star vacation home is located directly below the beautiful Saarburg vineyards on the Warsberg and combines a green view with close proximity to historic downtown Saarburg and the picturesque scenery along the Saar River. The nearly barrier-free building was completed in 2024 and is therefore state-of-the-art (all apartments and rooms are accessible without stairs, though room doors are standard size). It features an elevator as well as ample private parking spaces for our vacation guests.
The 5-star ground-floor vacation apartment, featuring two separate double bedrooms and a covered balcony, comfortably accommodates up to 5 adults. The two apartments in the basement with a terrace are ideal for 2 people each.
Attractions such as the Saarburg chairlift, Saarburg Castle, the famous waterfall, and the bell foundry are within walking distance. The Landal GreenParks Warsberg vacation park is also just a few minutes away by car.
There is currently a construction site on the neighboring property—however, quiet hours are strictly observed, and every effort is made to ensure our guests’ comfort.



On-site fees: Pets are welcome here, provided that quiet hours are observed and consideration is given to the other guests in the building.Free Wi-Fi is included at our property, and there are also facilities for storing bicycles or strollers. Laundry service is available upon request. There is currently a construction site on the neighboring property—however, quiet hours are strictly observed, and every effort is made to be as considerate as possible toward our guests.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
