About this house rental
Brohl1780 is a charmingly renovated 18th-century farmhouse in the picturesque Eifel region, located between Eltz Castle and Pyrmont Castle on the banks of the Moselle.
The house has always been a place of hospitality. Following a high-quality renovation—including a sauna and large sun terraces—it now offers three distinct themed apartments, each showcasing the beauty of the Eifel in its own way.
Night in the Forest.

The themed bathrooms—two of which are en suite—are designed to complement the rooms.
The property features three living units.
All living units are equipped with bath towels and sauna towels according to the number of guests.
1st floor:
A Night in the Forest (4 people, with a large en suite bathroom with a bathtub) 🌳
A Night in the Forest is the ideal family room. Through the entrance, you step into the living room. The sleeper sofa with a slatted frame serves as a high-quality queen-size bed (160x200).
In the bedroom, a spacious queen-size bed (160x200) awaits you.
In the large bathroom with a bathtub, you’ll find double sinks, a toilet, a walk-in rainforest shower, and a bathtub.
Blue Hour (2 people (+1) with en-suite bathroom) 🦋
In the Blue Hour, you’ll dream away in the queen-size bed (160x200) and find a sitting area with a pull-out sleeper sofa (100x194). The adjoining bathroom features a shower, a sink, and a toilet.
Ground Floor:
Morgenröte (2 people (+2)) 🌄
Morgenröte features a queen-size bed (160x200) and a pull-out double sofa bed (160x200).
The accompanying sauna area is also located on the first floor. The Finnish wooden sauna with glass elements can accommodate up to 5 people. You can cool off under the rain shower. The glass door leads out to the large outdoor terrace.
Next to the sauna room is a separate restroom.
For bookings of up to four people, we provide the green and red rooms, including both bathrooms (the large bathtub room and the sauna room) (the blue room remains closed in this case).
On the first floor, you’ll also find the large kitchen-dining area, fully equipped with everything you need (refrigerator, ceramic cooktop, oven, etc.). You can chill wine separately in the wine cooler.
The large dining table seats 10–12 people.
On the upper outdoor terrace, the large table (extendable to 300 cm) seats up to 12 people.
The lower outdoor terrace features benches and a fire pit.
There are numerous free parking spaces on the property (up to 5).
