🔑 HOW IT WORKS
Both apartments are accessed from the same private courtyard — the doors entrance are adjoining. Each apartment has its own key box and independent access. You share the common courtyard and the parking lot, but each group can organise their stay in total autonomy.
This is the ideal configuration for:

• Groups of friends with different rhythms
• Multi-generational trips (grandparents on one side, children on the other)
