This modern semi-detached home is approximately 71 m² in size and spans two floors.
The first floor features a bright living area and a dining nook with a fully equipped kitchenette. From here, you can also access the furnished patio.
The guest restroom is located on the upper floor, while the main bathroom with a walk-in shower is on the first floor.
The two bedrooms are on the first floor; one of them is furnished with a double bed. The children’s room has two single beds, one of which can be pulled out to accommodate a fifth person.
Fly screens are installed in almost all rooms, and a bike shed is available for bicycles.

From the vacation homes on the dike, it’s just a short walk to the Baltic Sea beach. At the same time, you can easily reach the pier, the promenade, and restaurants and cafés on foot. If you’d like to explore Zingst and the surrounding area by bike, you’ll find a bike rental shop right on the property. The houses accommodate four to five people and each has its own parking space. In select accommodations, you’re also welcome to bring your dog along.
