A very beautiful and cozy vacation home with charm and a high level of comfort. The property features 3 bedrooms, a walk-in closet, a spacious kitchen-living room, a vaulted dining room, and 2 bathrooms. The floors are primarily oak planks and terracotta tiles. On cool days, the underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove in the living area create a cozy atmosphere. Firewood for the stove is provided and can be replenished as needed.
The rooms in the restored barn are spread across three floors.
The kitchen is fully equipped and features an oven with a glass-ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a microwave, a toaster, and a kettle.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the living area, featuring a comfortable corner sofa and a three-seater couch, providing ample space for relaxed get-togethers. Entertainment is provided by a smart TV with a sound system and a projector with a large, electrically retractable screen.
The highlight of the Tenne is a beautiful vaulted room made of sandstone that serves as the dining room. The foosball table there ensures there’s never a dull moment. There is also a small bathroom on this level with a shower, toilet, and urinal. On the first floor, spread across two levels, there are 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x200 cm) and a pull-out 2-seater sofa bed. This floor also features a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet; a dressing room with a large mirror; and a small kitchenette with a coffee maker and refrigerator. From this level, you can also access a quiet terrace with seating and a grill. Free Wi-Fi is available in the house. Two parking spaces are located directly in front of the house, and another parking space is nearby.
The large corner couch in the living room can also be converted into a sofa bed, providing space for a total of 14 people in the accommodation.
