Welcome to our lovingly designed tiny house in Hohenstadt near Abtsgmünd—quietly situated and surrounded by nature.
This modern tiny house (built in 2025), with 51 m² of living space and a spacious 27 m² terrace—the property totals 568 m²—features two bedrooms and a bright, open living area. A free, covered parking space is also available. The accommodations are ideal for couples, friends, or small families.
The spacious terrace with a garden is perfect for relaxing. Landscaping of the outdoor area is currently being completed, but the terrace is already fully accessible.
A bike garage is available for cyclists. The surrounding area features beautiful biking and hiking trails along the Kocher River, as well as a section of the Way of St. James.
Abtsgmünd, with its supermarkets, bakeries, and other shopping options, is only about 3–5 km away. The next-largest cities, Aalen and Schwäbisch Gmünd, are also within easy reach. The nearby Hammerschmiedesee lake is a great place to relax and swim. Hohenstadt is also home to Hohenstadt Castle, which is well worth exploring.
