Welcome to our family home, a primary residence that we rent out only during the summer. It's a warm, authentic, and lived-in place, designed to welcome families in a simple and friendly atmosphere. 🏡 The Accommodation The house comprises: A master suite with private bathroom A second bathroom Two children's bedrooms, one of which has a convertible bed allowing up to 3 children to sleep in total. The accommodations are ideal for a family with children. 🌳 Outdoors You will enjoy a pleasant and secure outdoor space: A garden with a fire pit for summer evenings A large trampoline for children A calm and family-friendly environment 🚲 Amenities available We provide guests with: 2 children's bicycles 1 adult bicycle Our everyday dishes (plates, glasses, etc.) Part of our library 👉 It is important to us that guests understand that this is our primary residence, lived in and welcoming, and not a standardized accommodation. 📍 Ideal location Located in Piolenc, in a quiet residential area And secure, you are perfectly located: 2 minutes by car from Wave Park / water park, 5 minutes from Orange, 25 minutes from Avignon. Many summer activities are easily accessible: swimming, water park, cultural visits, Provençal markets… 🌞 The spirit of the place: We are looking for respectful travelers, families, who will appreciate a lived-in home, with its objects, books, and warm atmosphere. This is not an impersonal accommodation: it is a real family home that we love and share in the summer.
