About this house rental
Recently and carefully renovated to offer an authentic, elegant, and comfortable stay.
The property combines the town’s historic charm—preserving the typical Tuscan exposed beams—with unique artistic and artisanal details: the frescoes throughout the rooms were hand-painted by an Ukrainian artist, Yuriy—the owner’s cousin—while much of the furniture was custom-made by an artisan carpenter, enhancing the home’s authentic character.
Dimora Petrucci has four double/twin rooms, each with its own bathroom, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, LED TV, complimentary toiletries, and a hair dryer.
Everything has a unique and special charm.
The kitchen is shared with other guests.
The rooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure guests’ relaxation and well-being.
Dimora Petrucci is located on the 2nd floor of a historic building dating back to medieval times and offers a breathtaking view of the Val di Chiana, Lake Trasimeno, Lake Montepulciano, and the mountains surrounding Cortona.
Due to the building’s historical significance, there is no elevator.
We offer the option to book excursions to Val d’Orcia, Cortona, Montalcino, and Pienza, Siena and Arezzo, and Florence with a private driver for half a day or a full day.
Bookings for wine tours of Vino Nobile producers in theMontepulciano or Montalcino area for small groups or individual visitors
