Villa Silva is located between the two town centers of Kühlungsborn East and West, right next to the beautiful town forest. The forest is perfect for wonderful walks, during which you can often spot deer. Passing a prehistoric burial mound, you’ll reach the Baltic Sea beach after about 800 to 1,200 meters, without ever noticing the hustle and bustle of a Baltic Sea resort.
We can’t imagine a more beautiful path to the beach!
The apartment is on the 2nd floor and spans two levels (attic maisonette). The balcony offers a beautiful view of the Kühlung mountain range and the Bastorf lighthouse. In addition, you’ll have access to a shared garden, a lockable shared bike storage room, and bike parking spaces in front of the building.
