The beautiful half-house “Hus Mats,” with its typical Darß charm, exudes coziness and a relaxing atmosphere in a quiet yet central location in the Baltic Sea spa town of Zingst. The bright and exclusive interior offers plenty of space for a family vacation for up to 6 people (8 people upon request) across 3 floors.
The house features 4 bedrooms (3 double beds, 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms (one with a tub), an open-concept living-dining area with a fireplace, and a garden for relaxation and unwinding. Here you can truly enjoy your vacation—even in winter, with the cozy warmth of the wood-burning stove. Look forward to a fully equipped kitchen; enjoy your breakfast and the sunshine on the southeast-facing terrace, and round out the day with a barbecue in the garden. To ensure even the little ones are well taken care of, a crib with a mattress, a high chair, and other accessories are available.
In addition to all these amenities, the vacation home includes 2 parking spaces and a lockable bike shed with a power outlet.
The beautiful, fine-sand Baltic Sea beach is practically right outside the door (900 m), and both the center of Zingst and the harbor are just a few minutes’ walk away (600 m).
