On the lower level of the maisonette, you’ll find two separate bedrooms, each equipped with cozy double beds to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The modern bathroom with a shower has everything you could ask for. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your favorite meals—from a coffee maker to cooking utensils, everything is provided.

An elegant spiral staircase leads you to the upper level of the apartment, where the bright and spacious living area is located. Here, a pull-out bed on the comfortable couch provides additional sleeping space, offering flexibility for larger groups.

Enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air on two private balconies. From the first balcony, you have a direct view of the water at the harbor—perfect for soaking up the maritime atmosphere. The second balcony, located at the very top, offers a sweeping view over the rooftops of Zingst and invites you to linger.

For your convenience, a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer is available in the basement. An underground parking space ensures that your car is safely parked.
