Only 7 km from Honfleur, in the heart of the peaceful countryside of Genneville, this house offers you an ideal setting between sea and nature. A few minutes from the Côte Fleurie, enjoy a quiet, green and authentic environment, perfect for recharging your batteries while remaining close to the beaches, restaurants and must-see activities in the region. The capacity of this house is 8 people. The property, a real green setting, is magnificently wooded, with its majestic weeping willow.

As soon as you arrive, you will be seduced by the volumes, the luminosity and the charm of this outward-facing house. The large garden, the swimming pool and the many openings create a real relaxing interlude, ideal with family or friends. The entrance is through a fully fitted kitchen, bathed in light thanks to its many windows and glass doors. It is equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator and a large dining table that can accommodate up to 8 people.

The living / dining room offers a warm and bright space, with a beautiful wood-burning fireplace, raised to the level of the dining table, with pins, to enjoy a dinner worthy of the most beautiful addresses. The decoration is neat and refined. The large openings overlook the terrace, the garden and the swimming pool, naturally extending the living spaces to the outside.

On the first floor, the master suite offers an exceptional setting with its cathedral roof and its many bay windows offering an unobstructed view of the garden and the swimming pool. It has a double bed (180 cm) as well as a private bathroom and dressing room. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. A corridor also leads to a fully equipped laundry room (washing machine and dryer) and offers direct access to the terrace and garden.

Upstairs, you will find several attic bedrooms:
A first bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), open bathroom and a view of the garden.
A second, more intimate bedroom with two single beds (90x200), ideal for children or friends.
A third bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), cosy and quiet.
A bathroom with double sink completes this floor.

Outside, the garden of about 2000 m² invites you to take full advantage of the sunny days, between moments of relaxation, meals on the terrace and swimming in the pool. Parking is available on the property, with a partially converted attached barn that adds to the authentic charm of the guinguette atmosphere. A large barbecue is also available, as well as a ping pong table and swing.

If you wish to bring your pet, please request it in advance. Between comfort, nature and proximity to the sea, this house is the ideal address for a getaway in Normandy.

If you need additional equipment, we offer the rental of cots and high chairs, delivered and installed before your arrival:

- Baby cot with mattress, mattress protector and sheets: 12€ per night
- High chair: 10€ per night
- Baby kit (cot + high chair): 19€ per night

To make the most of your stay, our room service offers a wide range of additional services: home massage, home chef service, wood kit, delivery of aperitif boards, wine testing (wine testing + aperitif board), car cleaning, bike rental and much more. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any enquiries before your stay.

On arrival, the beds will be made and towels, bath mats and dish towels will be at your disposal. Bathrobes and slippers can also be provided on request, at an extra cost.

Your concierge will contact you 48 hours before your arrival to arrange the schedule with you. She will give you the keys to the accommodation and will remain your main contact throughout your stay.

Check-in is between 4pm and 8pm. Before your stay, you will be asked for a deposit by bank imprint (without affecting the limit of your card), as well as a certificate of civil liability.
