Enttäuschend und viel Ärger mit dem Vermieter.
Die Lage und die ordentliche Küchenausstattung.
Diese Wohnung ist aus unserer Sicht überteuert und für Familien bzw. mehrere Personen nicht zu empfehlen. Entgegen der Beschreibung verfügt die Wohnung nicht über zwei Schlafzimmer; das zweite Bett steht im Wohnzimmer (und das riecht deutlich nach Rauch). Es gibt kaum Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten für Kleidung: Im Schlafzimmer befinden sich lediglich eine Kleiderstange und eine Kommode, wer im Wohnzimmer schläft, muss seine Klamotten auf den Sesseln deponieren.
Das innenliegende Badezimmer verfügt über keine Lüftung, mehrere Lampen waren defekt (es war also bei geschlossener Tür stockdunkel). Der Vermieter bot zwar an, jemanden zur Reparatur zu schicken. Da wir unsere Urlaubstage jedoch nicht damit verbringen wollten, auf Handwerker zu warten, haben wir darauf verzichtet.
Auch die Ausstattung entspricht unserer Meinung nach nicht dem Preisniveau. Die vorhandenen Seifen- und Duschgelspender sind mit „Rituals“ beschriftet, enthalten nach unserer Wahrnehmung jedoch kein Rituals-Produkt. Die Fenster sind offensichtlich sehr alt und lassen sich teilweise nur mit erheblichem Kraftaufwand schließen.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter empfanden wir als sehr enttäuschend. Die Nachrichten sind nachweislich überwiegend KI-generiert und unpersönlich. Nachdem wir die zahlreichen Mängel angesprochen hatten, bot er uns als Entschädigung lediglich 80 Euro an (bei einem Gesamtpreis von 1600 Euro!).
Das einzig wirklich Positive ist die Lage: Der See ist zu Fuß in etwa zehn Minuten erreichbar, die Gegend ist sehr ruhig. Die Küche ist grundsätzlich ordentlich ausgestattet. Allerdings fehlt auch hier ausreichend Stauraum, eine vernünftige Möglichkeit zum Lüften gibt es nicht.
Unser Fazit: Für den verlangten Preis bietet die Wohnung aus unserer Sicht deutlich zu wenig. Insgesamt hatten wir leider das Gefühl, dass Preis, Beschreibung und tatsächlicher Zustand der Wohnung deutlich auseinanderliegen.
