Vacaciones julio 2026

Está en la mejor zona de Conil, en plena Calle Cádiz.

Nos alojamos durante 10 noches en este mes de julio. Escogimos el apartamento porque, si bien buscamos alojamiento tarde por motivos personales, estaba ubicado en la Calle Cádiz y era suficiente porque somos dos personas con mascota; tampoco necesitabamos una mansión y era de lo poco que quedaba libre. Cuando llegamos, la nevera a parte de estar hecha un desastre y completamente oxidada, perdía agua y no cerraba bien por lo que no pudimos hacer un uso de la misma por razones obvias; cosa que en un lugar como Conil, con el calor que hace y que si vamos de apartamento es evidente que vamos a hacer vida en el mismo aunque sea mínima, es innegable que la nevera era necesaria aunque sólo fuera para meter agua a enfriar. Además, sobre ello añadir que el mismo día que llegamos enviamos al gestor un whatsapp con el problema adjuntando foto y no obtuvimos respuesta alguna. Por otro lado, el baño deja mucho que desear. Tanto por la mala pinta y estado del WC como de la cortina de la ducha llena de humedad por la parte de abajo, que menos que cambiarla antes de entrar los siguientes inquilinos. Es de todo menos higiénico. En cuanto al aire acondicionado, no enfría absolutamente nada y cuando lleva un rato encendido se queda pillado y se apaga solo. Por último, añadir que el detalle de que está en un segundo piso sin ascensor y con escaleras diminutas donde no entra más de una persona conviene mencionarlo en el anuncio, ya que una familia con carricoche - por poner un ejemplo - lo tendría bastante complicado para subir a casa. Ya no digo nada para subir todas las maletas y todo lo que traíamos…. En fin, el apartamento está en muy buena zona (conocemos muy bien Conil y lo sabemos) pero creemos que no merece, en absoluto, los 1.700€ que nos han cobrado, de hecho deja bastante que desear y nos parece abusivo sin perjuicio de la zona en la que está.

Apartamento céntrico con vistas a la playa con pequeños detalles que mejorar.

La ubicación del apartamento. Esta en una de las calles principales. Rodeada de tiendas y restaurantes, y apenas 5 min de la playa de los bateles. Desde la ventana se ve la playa. Hay un ático con una terraza pero no te las indican.

No avisan que es un segundo, sin ascensor. Y la escalera es muy estrecha. Solo hay aire acondicionado en el salón. En la habitación no. Y apenas enfría. Pone que hay secador, y no hay. La nevera es viejita y apenas enfría. Hay tenderete y lavadora pero no pinzas.

La ubicación del apartamento. Esta en una de las calles principales. Rodeada de tiendas y restaurantes, y apenas 5 min de la playa de los bateles. Desde la ventana se ve la playa. Hay un ático con una terraza pero no te las indican.

No avisan que es un segundo, sin ascensor. Y la escalera es muy estrecha. Solo hay aire acondicionado en el salón. En la habitación no. Y apenas enfría. Pone que hay secador, y no hay. La nevera es viejita y apenas enfría. Hay tenderete y lavadora pero no pinzas.
