Extremely disappointing stay – poor maintenance, misleading listing, and no support from the owner.
This was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have had.
The property was advertised as having air conditioning, yet only one out of the three bedrooms had a functioning AC unit. Another bedroom had an AC but was not working at all, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep during the Greek summer. Advertising a 3-bedroom house with air conditioning when only one bedroom is actually usable in hot weather is very misleading.
The second major issue was the strong sewage/drainage smell throughout the property. It was unbearable at times. We even bought detergent ourselves and repeatedly poured it down the drains in an attempt to reduce the smell because it was affecting our stay. Guests should never have to do this.
We contacted the owner via WhatsApp as soon as these issues became apparent. Despite reporting everything, the owner never once came to the property to inspect the problems or offer any practical solution. We were simply left to deal with everything ourselves.
The property was also in a very poor state of maintenance:
Extremely poor water pressure in the kitchen.
Kitchen extractor hood covered in grease and rust.
BBQ left dirty and unusable.
Broken and taped mosquito screens with large holes, allowing insects inside.
Water-damaged bathroom door and frame.
Damaged cupboards and unfinished plumbing under the kitchen sink.
Dirty, stained outdoor furniture that clearly hadn't been cleaned.
General lack of maintenance throughout the property.
The photos on the listing do not reflect the current condition of the property and we have photos documenting each issue above.
We booked this villa expecting a relaxing holiday, but instead spent our time dealing with maintenance problems that should have been addressed long before guests arrived. The complete lack of support from the owner made the experience even more disappointing.
We would not recommend this property and would certainly not stay here...

Супер
Вилата е супер, на отлично място, на плажа и на пешеходно разстояние до пекарна, магазини и ресторанти. Всичко много ни хареса, идеално е за група от 6.
