Loved the apartment. Hosts very helpful.

Brand new apartment, very clean, spacious, all the mod cons.

A bit of a walk down into the centre but we are fit so no problem. The pro is great views over the town from the balcony.

A stay with great potential was unfortunately overshadowed by the extremely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of

The property is spacious, offers a beautiful view over Lake Como and the Cathedral, and the staff were kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay.

While the apartment is well located, several aspects of the stay fell significantly below the level of service expected for the price paid. No housekeeping service was provided during our stay, despite the relatively high nightly rate. In addition, the kitchen and bathroom consumables were supplied in very limited quantities. As we stayed for four nights, it would have been reasonable to provide sufficient essentials for the duration of the stay rather than requiring guests to repeatedly request refills. Guests should also be aware that access to the city center involves using stairs, which may be challenging for older travelers or anyone not using a car. The air conditioning stopped working during the last two days of our stay, making it extremely difficult to sleep due to the heat. Even when operational, the unit was excessively noisy, which further affected our comfort. Unfortunately, the checkout experience was the most disappointing part of our stay. We had agreed with the guest coordinator on a 11:30-12:00 p.m. checkout. Despite this, the owner entered the apartment at approximately 11:30 a.m. without knocking or obtaining our permission or introducing herself even. She immediately began raising her voice, demanding that we leave at once, and spoke to both our family and the cleaning staff in a disrespectful and confrontational manner. This behavior was completely inappropriate and inconsistent with the standards of hospitality that guests reasonably expect from a property listed on Booking.com. Entering an occupied accommodation without consent and addressing guests in such a manner is unacceptable. We felt as though we were being forced out of a private home rather than checking out of professionally managed accommodation. I hope Booking.com reviews this feedback carefully and encourages the property owner to adopt a more respectful and professional approach to guest service.
