The location was perfect go get into the centre easily, and also walking distance to landmarks such as Luxembourg and the Pantheon. It was clean, cosy and all around a lovely room.
We had a bit of trouble with the shower overflowing as there was no shower door or curtain, and sometimes it ended up flooding and we had to use our towels to mop it up. Luckily we had enough towels!

The studio apartment is brand new and newly renovated. Having said that it lacks in several areas.
The bed (a queen and we expected a king) was very comfortable with nice sheets, pillows and duvet.
The finishes were brand new and it was extremely clean but several things to be aware of.
The shower was good and hot and the air conditioning was GREAT. It really cooled down the space very well.
The studio is EXTREMELY tight and small. If you plan on spending ANY time in the apartment you may want to choose another spot.
BATHROOM: The bathroom barely held the toilet, sink and shower....there is ONE place to stand which you had to dance round to get in and out of the bathroom. I am a 5'3" 130 lb woman and had difficulty getting in and around in there. There is NO lighting above the mirror, can't put on makeup or even see your teeth when brushing.
The shower overflows and sprays so bad onto the floor, you have to use 3-4 of the provided towels to mop up after every shower.
There is NO place to hang your towels. There is a 'heated' rack but the 1" 'hook' won't hang onto your towel. It was difficult drying all of the mopping towels we needed each day after a shower.
You need to shuffle sideways to get past the bed while banging into the wall TV.
Do not plan on sitting in the seated area. You will need to be a contortionist to get in there.

The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the 5th arrondissement, which is a perfect area for exploring Paris. The apartment was very clean, and the property manager was helpful and responsive when we contacted them by phone.
The apartment is quite small, and the rooms look slightly larger in the photos than they actually are. The bathroom is also surprisingly small, and the shower was not particularly comfortable.

Emplacement et les equipements
Difficile de s'assoire sur les toilettes: coin très étroit avec empêchement d'une bare de fer debordante dans l'espace des toilettes et rendant inconfortable de s'assoir.
La chambre ne correspond pas du tout à ma réservation: surtout concernant la table à manger collé au mur avec 2 places côte à côte comme un banc d'ecole au lieu 2 places face à face avec table au milieu présenté dans l'annonce. C'etait une deception totale.
L'accès par le couloir extérieur n'est pas du tout accueillant et fait beaucoup délabré: nécessité d'un amenagement et peinture pour faire propre.
