Purtroppo, posizione e camera perfette

A very calm, nice and clean place.

When i booked, it gave me the option to book a room without a terrace for 40 euros, or one with a terrace for 60. I chose the one for 60 because my mom really enjoys relaxing on the terrace in the morning. When we arrived, we found out there is no terrace, the staff said that we didn't book it, so i showed it to him in the app. Even though he saw that the app itself showed it and we paid the extra 20 euros, we still didn't get the room with a terrace and they didn't even offer to return the difference. The stay was nice and the staff was generally friendly, but this was a bit sketchy and disappointing.
