Horrible
Perfect location , nicely furnished
1. Check in was at 3 pm, we arrived at 6:15, cleaners were still there left at 6:30.
2. First, we noticed that Wi-Fi did not work.
3. We unplugged and reset. Still did not work, contacted management company told us to unplug and reset so we did it again and again still did not work. Tested all the switches around the Wi-Fi connection discovered the switch for the Internet was not on so we did finally get Internet however, the Internet only works in the living area. It does not work in the bedrooms.
4. Then we went to get showers and there was no hot water. Contacted management company again, they said to Google how to fix it. We tested some of the light switches. We found a light switch near the bathroom operated the hot water heater. Once we turn it on we had hot water. Keep in mind. We are going through all these light switches trying to find what will fix our problem no switches were labeled They should've been on in the beginning.
5. Now frigerator , oven, nothing in the kitchen works. So we test light switches and get them to work.
6. During the first night the air conditioner quits working in the smaller bedroom. Called management they tested several breakers the next morning to fix it
7. Night two, getting a shower, water quits. Called management, it was 5:30 pm, we have no water to finish shower, or to flush toilet, we requested water bottles with no response. We go to dinner, hoping the water will be back on when we get home. It was not call management again. They say it is an area problem the water pressures down however, we passed other people in the building going to use bathrooms in the local restaurants and they said they had water.
8. We did not have water for at least 24 hours
9. Small item but there were no garbage cans
20. Still have not received my $400 deposit.
