Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole e sono rimasta più che soddisfatta. L’appartamento è molto spazioso, curato e in una posizione eccezionale, proprio nel cuore di Pescara, a pochissimi passi dalla stazione. Per me, che viaggiavo senza macchina, è stato comodissimo.
Devo dire che, considerando anche il prezzo, non mi aspettavo di trovare un appartamento così grande, confortevole e ben tenuto: è stata davvero una bellissima sorpresa. La cosa che mi ha colpita appena entrata è stata la pulizia: ogni ambiente era impeccabile e aveva un profumo fresco e naturale di pulito, non il classico profumo artificiale utilizzato per coprire gli odori. Si percepisce davvero che l’appartamento viene curato con attenzione.
All’interno c’è tutto ciò che serve anche per soggiorni più lunghi, di una o due settimane: cucina attrezzata, stoviglie pulite, acqua calda sempre disponibile, gas, luci ed elettrodomestici perfettamente funzionanti. Il palazzo è pulito, c’è l’ascensore e l’appartamento è molto silenzioso: non ho sentito rumori né dai vicini né dal palazzo. L’accesso è comodo e autonomo.
Un ringraziamento speciale va a Raffaella e Venanzio. Sono persone veramente gentili, disponibili e di una cordialità rara. Sono venuti incontro alle mie esigenze permettendomi di entrare prima dell’orario previsto e sono sempre stati immediatamente disponibili nei messaggi.
È un appartamento che consiglio assolutamente, anche per soggiorni medio-lunghi e per il periodo autunno-inverno. Quando tornerò a Pescara, so già dove soggiornerò: qui. 🩷 Grazie.

The location is perfect, everything is very convenient and close -restaurants, charming streets, the sea, and shops. The apartment's terrace is simply fantastic; we enjoyed breakfast, lunch breaks, and evenings with a beautiful view. The apartment is excellent, very clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a stay. The beds are very comfortable, and the bed linen and towels are clean and fresh-smelling—just like in a good hotel. The host was very pleasant and attentive, answering any questions immediately. We are very grateful for the late check-out option. This was one of our best stays in Italy. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.
It is a real shame, but we cannot point out anything negative—everything was excellent.

We really liked our stay here. The rooms are very clean, very nice decorated and we really liked the artsy frames around the house.
