About this apartment rental

Modern 3-room apartment for 4 people: sauna, 2 bedrooms, wood-burning stove, whirlpool, Wi-Fi. Welcome to Strandpark Großenbrode—a vacation for the whole family!
The apartment features a light-filled living area with a cozy sitting area and a wood-burning stove, a dining area with a view of the greenery, and an adjoining open kitchenette. The living area opens onto the balcony—you can almost smell the Baltic Sea. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed, and the second bedroom (children’s room) has a bunk bed. For wellness enthusiasts, the bathroom is perfectly equipped: a sauna and bathtub are included in addition to a basic shower.
The “Windrose” house is in an ideal vacation location, just under 100 meters from the beach! And in general, the house is a great starting point for everything you might want to do on vacation:
Restaurants, a playground, a skate park, and kiosks are all in the immediate vicinity. A bakery, bike rentals, and—for the more athletic guests—a gym are also within a 600-meter radius.
You can conveniently park your car in the house’s parking lot—and feel free to leave it there. The best way to get around here is on foot or by bike. Public buses run several times a day to Heiligenhafen or Fehmarn, giving you great flexibility. In general, Großenbrode is a great starting point for all kinds of bike tours: you can reach Heiligenhafen in just over an hour—a bit faster on an e-bike—or enjoy the unique view from the Fehmarnsund Bridge and bike directly to Fehmarn.
*Many offers are seasonal and subject to availability; fees apply; subject to change! If you’re dreaming of gently sloping beaches, glowing sunsets, and relaxation for the whole family—then come to Großenbrode on the Fehmarnsund. The wide, sandy Baltic Sea beach is perfect for digging in the sand and building sandcastles. Little water lovers and swimming enthusiasts can splash around to their heart’s content in the shallow waters of the Baltic Sea. Nearby, you’ll find shopping, playgrounds, restaurants, and a variety of recreational activities. Großenbrode has its own train station. The island of Fehmarn is only about 4 km from Großenbrode, and the city of Heiligenhafen on the Wader River (about 10 km away) also invites you to visit. Here, in addition to the traditional fishing port, you’ll also find one of Germany’s largest and most modern marinas, a pier over 500 meters long, and a kilometer-long swimming beach.
