VILLA AMANDA is a beautiful, restored property located in the hills near the medieval town of Pontremoli.
It comfortably accommodates 13 people and consists of the main house and a small annex built of exposed terracotta bricks, featuring a double bedroom and a bathroom.
The pool and garden (exclusive and private) offer an ideal setting for enjoying summer days.

The property
Villa Amanda is a beautiful, renovated estate situated on a hillside near the medieval town of Pontremoli and located close to the famous Via Francigena.
At the front of Villa Amanda, you’ll find ample free parking and a spacious garden for private use.
At the rear of the property is a swimming pool for guests’ exclusive use and a large garden equipped with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a patio with a table and chairs.
Near the pool, a fantastic wooden outdoor area has been built, complete with a barbecue and a cooking area equipped with a refrigerator, induction cooktops, a sink, and all the necessary utensils for cooking and relaxing with friends while seated at the table.
It’s worth noting that there are two charging stations for electric vehicles, located in a designated parking area at the back of the property.
The first floor features a separate unit used as a studio apartment or double bedroom with a private bathroom.
Also on the first floor, the home features a stone-vaulted cellar with a table and chairs—perfect for relaxing on hot summer days or for use as a playroom for children. Inside the cellar is a laundry room with all the equipment and appliances needed to wash clothes (washer, dryer, clothesline, and ironing board).
The entrance to Villa Amanda features a mesmerizing stone spiral staircase leading to the first floor, where there is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, 1 master bedroom with a private bathroom and 1 double bedroom with a private bathroom.
Climbing the stone staircase takes you to the second and top floor, which features 1 master bedroom with a private bathroom, a sofa bed, and an additional loft bed (Japanese futon), one double bedroom with a private bathroom and a single sofa bed, and one bedroom with a pool view featuring a double bed, a French-style single bed, and a private bathroom.

Guest Access
The entire historic building (18th century) is divided into three distinct sections (left wing, central area, and right wing).
Villa Amanda is located on the left side of the residence’s main facade.
The entrance (green door) leads to an antique spiral staircase, originally built with natural stone slabs, which leads to the two main areas: the first and second floors.
Outside, near the entrance to Villa Amanda, stands the brick annex, which houses the sixth bedroom of the property.
On the second floor, there are two rooms belonging to another owner, who does not physically reside in the building and is therefore almost never present, but who has the right to access the staircase and hallway.

High-speed Wi-Fi is available in all indoor and outdoor areas.
A beautiful antique spiral staircase made of natural stone provides access to the first and second floors.
There is no elevator in the building.
Every room in the villa is equipped with a smart TV, a desk, and a bathroom with a shower, including the outdoor annex, which overlooks the courtyard and offers additional privacy from the rest of the group.
The backyard garden, which features the pool, has a separate and exclusive entrance for guests’ use.
A patio, lounge chairs, umbrellas, a kitchen, and a barbecue provide more options for enjoying relaxing days outdoors.
