- a living room/bedroom with a sleeper sofa (160x200 cm), TV, dining area, and a kitchenette
- a kitchenette with a stove (4 burners), dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, dishes and silverware, as well as basic kitchen utensils
- a bathroom with a toilet, bathtub, and sink
- a cozy balcony
