In summer, the house is a pleasant holiday home, where the rooms allow for cool naps, good circulation with spaces for everyone, beautiful light and an outdoor patio not overlooked with a small swimming pool of 4 x 2.5 m, as well as a small outdoor lounge and a dining table with plancha and barbecue. The garden will allow children to let off steam with football or other games (ping pong, basketball...).
In winter, the house is a real cocoon sheltered from the weather with its warm kitchen, the open fireplace, and the comfort of a large house with each its own spaces and high ceilings.
Beyond the seasons, it is a pleasant house with two parking spaces and free parking in the nearby streets, close to the banks of the river for superb walks along the waterfront and access to the bus way which will take you to the city center of Nantes in 15 minutes max.
