Cancelation Policy is as follows:
30 days or more - 100% refund ($100 initial payment is non-refundable)
14 days or more - 50% refund
Guests must be at least 25 years old to book.

This home has it all and is the perfect set up for families to enjoy time at the lake. It is beautiful, clean, and incredibly well stocked with everything to make your stay perfect. The location on the lake was ideal for us. It has it ALL.
