The Accommodation
Our brand-new vacation apartment, which has been welcoming guests since 2026, was furnished with great attention to detail and is located in a completely renovated building that reflects a great deal of hard work, passion, and personal effort. It was important to us to create a place that is not only practical but also feels truly special—high-quality, cozy, and inviting. Many details were carefully selected, and much of the decor was designed by us to give the apartment its own unique charm.

The two-story apartment accommodates up to 6 people and is ideal for couples, families, friends, or even small groups who want to spend a wonderful time together at Lake Constance. Look forward to a stylish living experience, a spacious terrace, a gorgeous balcony, and amenities that prioritize comfort and quality. A major advantage is the location: The vacation rental is situated in Lindau-Zech, perfectly positioned between Lindau and Bregenz and thus in one of the most attractive regions around Lake Constance. From here, you can quickly reach not only Lindau Island and the beautiful city of Bregenz, but also many other destinations in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. It is precisely this special location that makes the accommodation so versatile—it’s ideal for anyone who likes flexibility and wants to explore a lot.

Whether it’s relaxing days by the lake, a boat ride across Lake Constance, a trip up Mount Pfänder, a visit to Lindau or Bregenz, bike rides along the waterfront, or hikes in the surrounding area—everything is easily accessible from here. The property is also a great starting point for cyclists and e-bike enthusiasts. It features a lockable garage with charging facilities. At the same time, the location is perfect for trips to the mountains, as various ski resorts are easily accessible by car. This makes the apartment a wonderful place for a getaway not only in the summer but also during the cooler months.

The property also includes a private, free parking space, which is a real advantage in this popular region. You can also charge an electric vehicle here. This allows you to travel comfortably and enjoy your stay in complete relaxation.
