- BEDROOM I with a double bed, closet, and access to a balcony with deck chairs;
- BEDROOM II with a bunk bed;
- BATHROOM with a shower stall, bidet, toilet, and sink.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, three fans, washing machine, clothesline, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
Teramo Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7
For check-ins between 8:00 PM and midnight, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:
EUR 20 from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM
EUR 25 from 9:00 PM to 10:00,
EUR 30 from 10:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
Check-in is not possible after 12:00 a.m., even for a fee.
All late check-ins must be arranged and approved by the host.
