First floor: An entrance with toilet, an equipped kitchen and a bright living/dining room. This living space has a convertible sofa bed for two people. The bay window opens onto the outside.
Outside: Enjoy a private terrace and garden, equipped with a gas plancha for your grills and outdoor dining.
Upstairs: The sleeping area consists of two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and a second separate toilet.
