Our house is located in the idyllic Lochlehn neighborhood, right in the heart of the Leutasch Valley—surrounded by meadows, mountains, and the tranquility of nature. Here, you can take a deep breath, recharge your batteries, and let your mind wander.
Our 13 vacation apartments are furnished with great care so that you’ll feel right at home from the very first moment—warm, cozy, and inviting. Whether you’re traveling alone, as a couple, with children, or with friends: everyone will find a place here where they feel at ease.
That vacation feeling starts right outside your door: In winter, the cross-country ski trail begins right at your doorstep; in summer, an extensive network of hiking and biking trails awaits. This way, you can experience nature in all its beauty without having to travel far., If you ever want to cut your hike or cross-country ski trip short, the free local bus will comfortably take you right back to our doorstep.
And when you’re not out and about, the peace and quiet, the fresh air, and the mountain scenery invite you to simply enjoy the moment.

On-site amenities: Our house is situated in a quiet location on the edge of the forest, surrounded by impressive mountain scenery. In winter, the cross-country ski trail starts right outside the front door; in summer, hiking and biking trails run right past the house. Free parking is available directly in front of the building, and the Regiobus stop is also right there. Guests enjoy free Wi-Fi throughout the house.
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. and check-out from 12:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
