We had to make a last minute change to this property from one we had in San Gimignano, and we are delighted that it worked out that way. The property is super relaxing and the staff made our stay memorable. The owner/on-site chef made a fabulous 3 course meal for dinner, plus dessert, and breakfast was simply perfect If you do not have a car and anticipate hiring a taxi, I advise that you set up the taxi in advance and the owners will be happy to provide a number for you. We wish we could have stayed longer but it was just a one night stay before we traveled on to Florence. You won't be disappointed.

This property is a beautiful restored country property in a lakeside setting. Chiara and Martin are gracious hosts and talented cooks. Visting the major tourist destinations like Firenze, Roma the Amalfi coast can be overwhelming this place is like an oasis of calm. Bit of a secret garden with a total peace and love vibe removed from the standard tourist jam.
