The location is strategic: a few minutes from the station and perfectly connected to the airport thanks to 24-hour public transport, reachable in just 3 minutes on foot.
The independent entrance leads to an elegant private residence surrounded by greenery, with a relaxing and well-kept atmosphere, embellished by a characteristic central capital that recalls the most authentic soul of the city.
The apartment has a large and bright living area, completely with windows, where every environment is enhanced by natural light. The open kitchen, modern and fully equipped, also has a kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The space is completed by a large dining table, a large TV and a comfortable pull-out sofa bed.
From the living area there is access to an elegant private outdoor area, finely maintained, with gazebos, seats and armchairs, perfect for moments of relaxation, outdoor aperitifs or smart working sessions immersed in the quiet of greenery.
On the ground floor there is also a service bathroom with sink and toilet and a convenient laundry area with washing machine.
The sleeping area develops on the upper floors, connected by a spectacular light wooden staircase with glass handrails. On the first floor, also completely with windows, there is a full bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and bidet, a spacious double bedroom with large wardrobe and safe and a second bedroom with a queen-size bed and bedside table.
On the top level, a suggestive habitable attic with parquet houses a third double bedroom, also with a window, equipped with a desk, bedside tables and a comfortable armchair, ideal as a private and relaxing space.
Every room in the house is completely windowed, ensuring natural light and a pleasant feeling of openness and well-being at any time of the day.

HOUSE RULES
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
Please respect the quiet from 22:00 to 08:00 , avoiding noises that may disturb other residents.
No parties or events are allowed.
Access to the accommodation is allowed only to duly registered guests .
It is required to carefully use the furniture, appliances and equipment in the apartment.
Before going outside, be sure to turn off lights, stoves, and appliances .
Separate collection is mandatory . Please hand over the waste properly and do not leave garbage in the accommodation at the end of your stay.
It is forbidden to move furniture or furnishings without authorization.
Any damage, failure or malfunction must be reported promptly.
When leaving the apartment, make sure that doors and windows are properly closed .
Check-out must be done within the agreed time .
