Getting around from our Prince George home is easy and convenient! The property is located in a quiet residential area with quick access to major roads, making it simple to reach downtown Prince George, shopping centers, restaurants, and local attractions within minutes.



For guests traveling by car, street parking is available for a smooth and stress-free stay. Ride-share services may be available in the area, and taxis can also be easily arranged when needed.

Damage Protection

To keep everyone protected, guests can choose one of the following options before check-in:

$250 refundable credit card hold, released after checkout pending inspection, or

$50 non-refundable damage waiver, covering minor accidental damages.



* Please take note that only street parking is available, but there is usually no shortage of parking spaces.



* Please note that this is a "two-unit property". While your reservation is for a private unit with its own entrance and amenities, there may be guests staying in the other unit during your stay. We kindly ask everyone to be respectful of each other's privacy and keep noise to a minimum.
