Wake up to views of East Boothbay's harbor on the Damariscotta River. Take your coffee to the screened porch, then head down to the shared beach and dock. This comfortable two-story cottage sits on a quiet private road in the village of East Boothbay. Most guests walk to the general store, and the restaurants and shops of Boothbay Harbor are about 3 miles away.

Bring your boat. The cottage shares a private dock with the two neighboring homes, and a mooring is available for guests to use. Ocean Point Marina is within walking distance if you'd rather have dockage with hookups, and there's a public boat launch there too. From here you can explore the Damariscotta River, the Boothbay region's islands and harbors, and the open coast.
Inside
The open floor plan brings everyone together. The living room has a large sofa, a smart TV with streaming, and a wood-burning stove that makes fall and winter evenings especially cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped for family meals. Off the living area, the screened porch is a great spot for dinner with a view, and the open deck beside it has more room to take in the water.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect and fit comfortably for 8 people! We almost lived on the patio :). Kitchen was well equipped with everything needed. Getting to the pier felt a little awkward the first time... Like walking through someone's yard. The friendly people there explained the access to us. I probably didn't pick up on the fact that one bathroom has a shower and the other only a bath but it worked out fine. Bathroom door doesn't lock was the only issue that needs attention. Nice quiet street and great location!!
