About this house rental
The "Winnetou" cottage (No. 104) can accommodate up to six people.
The front part of the cottage features a large living room with satellite TV and a couch, while the back area has a dining table with chairs. Adjacent to this is the kitchen, which makes it easy to prepare delicious meals. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes, microwave, and stove.
It also features a patio with seating and a table, as well as a large lawn for relaxing and barbecuing.
You are welcome to bring your own bed linens and towels or rent a set from us for €13.00 per person. Please note that using the beds without bed linens is not permitted.
The following charges are to be paid at the end of your stay before departure:
Electricity based on usage: 0.40 euros/kWh
Gas (heating and hot water) based on usage: 3.20 euros/cbm
Visitor’s tax; 1.00 Euro/night/per person (ages 18 and older)
Free Wi-Fi is available at the front desk.
There is no private parking space available directly at the house. You may park your vehicle at the vacation home while loading and unloading; afterward, please park it in the large parking lot in the vacation village.
We also offer a cozy group room in the vacation village for events. The room is an ideal venue for family celebrations and can seat up to 50 people. The group room is equipped with a large dishwasher, several refrigerators, and plenty of dishes and silverware. In addition, the room is equipped with a projector and a screen, making it well-suited for seminars. The room rental fee is 50.00 euros per day, plus a 30.00 euro final cleaning fee.
