Fully tiled, 2-room, non-smoking vacation apartment, approx. 51 sqm on the mezzanine level facing the lake with a west-facing loggia (afternoon sun, with balcony furniture and cushions) for up to 4 people.
The entryway with a coat rack leads to the living room (with access to the balcony), the bedroom, and the new shower room/toilet.
The living area features a comfortable seating set (two-seater couch and two armchairs), a dining area, a double fold-out bed, a flat-screen cable TV, a hi-fi system, and an open kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop (4 burners), a Nespresso machine, a microwave with grill function, and a refrigerator with a 3-star freezer compartment.
A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are included as standard equipment.
The bedroom has a double bed (2 m x 1.80 m) with two single mattresses.
The new bathroom features a round shower, a toilet, a sink, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer.
