High-end, 2-room, non-smoking vacation apartment, approx. 41 sqm, for up to 3 guests, located on the first floor with a south-facing terrace (featuring a beach chair, patio furniture, and cushions) and a private parking space in the underground garage.
The entryway with a coat closet leads to the bright living room (with access to the terrace) and to the new, modern shower room/toilet.
The living area features a cozy seating area (single sleeper sofa, armchair, and footstool), a separate dining area, a flat-screen cable TV, a phone with a flat rate for calls to German landlines (cell phone numbers blocked), free Wi-Fi internet access, and a new, open kitchenette.
The modern kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop (2 burners), a microwave, and a refrigerator. A coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster are included as standard equipment.
The bedroom has a comfortable, new double bed (full-length mattress: 1.60 x 2.00 m) and an additional flat-screen TV.
The new bathroom features a shower with an extremely low threshold, a sink, a towel warmer, a toilet, and a window.
