Located in a charming 17th-century farmhouse near the owners’ home, this vacation rental (80 m²) is spread over two levels. On the first floor: the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and toilet. Upstairs: one bedroom (1 double bed, 1 pull-out single bed), and another bedroom (1 double bed, 1 crib). A terrace with patio furniture, a shared courtyard, and a private flower garden are available, as well as a garage. The cottage is in a very quiet setting with a lovely view of the rolling countryside. It is located 30 minutes from Futuroscope and 25 minutes from Lake Saint-Cyr. The La Roche-Posay spa town is 18 km away. A recreational swimming pool is located in Châtellerault, 10 km away. Hiking trails are on-site, and a body of water for fishing and recreation is nearby.
