About this house rental
Charming, newly built vacation apartment in a standalone building located in a very quiet area, 3 km from the center of Imperia Porto Maurizio and a 5-minute drive from the main amenities (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery...)
The apartment is located in a picturesque vineyard and features a bright living room with a kitchenette, an extendable table that seats 6 people, and a comfortable double sofa bed.
The sleeping area also overlooks the vineyard and features two bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms with showers, a washing machine, mosquito screens, and underfloor heating.
The shaded pergola is furnished with a table, chairs, and lighting so you can dine al fresco even in the evening—perhaps while enjoying a glass of our fine wine!
An enchanting place surrounded by extraordinary scenery, with views of the sea at Imperia and our picturesque vineyard that surrounds the house—which we cultivate to produce fine DOC wines (Pigato, Rossese, Vermentino).
The property spans 6,000 square meters and features fruit trees, a vegetable garden, ancient wells, and dry-stone walls that lend the setting a charming atmosphere. You can enjoy a peaceful stay away from traffic, in a warm and comfortable atmosphere. Ideal for those who love to relax, perfect for families with children, and great for anyone who wants to spend a vacation with their beloved four-legged friend!
Private outdoor parking and a barbecue area are at your disposal.
Things to know:
- We provide a fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, pots and pans, dishes, a kettle, a toaster, electric oven, espresso machine, moka pot, and a small welcome basket with seasonal produce from our garden
- We provide a limited supply of toilet paper, household cleaning products, dish soap, laundry detergent, and a small supply of trash bags. During their stay, guests will need to purchase these items themselves.
- No smoking
- A baby crib can be requested at the time of booking
- Pets are allowed, subject to prior agreement with the owner. There are pets and farm animals on the property.
- Our own olive oil and wine are available for purchase

We have spent a wonderful week at the vineyard. Stefania and her father was very welcoming and helpful during our stay. The view from the place is fantastic and very peaceful.

Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Die Vermieter waren zurückhaltend, aber sehr nett und wir konnten uns gut erholen und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, zwei Bäder ist einfach klasse. Alles was man braucht ist in der Wohnung vorhanden. Blick auf´s Meer ist sehr schön. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit.
Grillen mit dem Holz aus Olivenbäumen ist auch ein Erlebnis. Wir können Appartement auf jedem Fall weiterempfehlen.

This is a simply decorated but nice, quiet and clean appartment in the middle of a vineyard on top of a mountain.
The owners are very friendly people who live on the vineyard als well so you do see them walking by working in their vegetable plot or in the vinyard but they respect your privacy.
There is plenty to do in Imperia and surrounding area. The seawater is nice and blue, has a great temperature for swimming in summer!
