It is brand new. Mini fridge. Lighting.
After we booked, the instructions came thru that we needed to book airport shuttle in advance. We booked same day and I panicked because we needed the shuttle. I sent a message, and they were able to accommodate us within 90 minutes (maybe only because they were picking up someone else who was scheduled?)
We are grateful to the driver that we could move our time up in the morning (he had room for his earlier departure)
Limit of 1 coffee and 1 creamer per person. No blanket. We only had a sheet on the bed. Needed to use the bedspread that was folded up on the shelf.
The listing should include a statement that airport shuttle must be booked in advance.

It was located within walking distance of the beach and local restaurants.
It was all great.

As the instructions indicate, there are two addresses. Our taxi took us to the wrong one, but fortunately then took us to the correct one. We think this needs to be made clearer.
There were no cutlery or crockery.

The airport shuttle works very well and is easy to organise. The room was clean and had the facilities you need for a one night layover. The airport shuttle is really the redeeming feature of this property.
The location of the property is random and out of place. It doesn’t quite appear in the way it is advertised. The property is down what appear to be side streets in a residential area that doesn’t feel completely safe particularly if you arrive at night. With no staff on-site it’s not the most welcoming place. Appears to only have 3-4 rooms in a demountable building, which was not what we expected. The bed had 2 pillows and a small sheet which didn’t make it very comfortable.
