About this house rental
Your accommodation:
Single storey house for nature lovers in a beautiful oak forest and a small olive grove.
We have renovated this haven of peace with our heart and all the necessary comforts. It has two beautiful bedrooms with double beds (or 4 single beds), a cot and baby chair available on request, is fully air-conditioned and has a TV.
You will have ample parking for 3-4 vehicles in front of the door, on our fenced grounds, in complete safety.

The Lodge is located on a 2-hectare plot of land, in a listed oak forest, overlooking a small olive grove, which makes it a soothing and exotic place. Our very cuddly dog will not fail to come and say hello. The entrance is close but independent from the main house.
The Lodge is ideally located to visit the pretty villages of our region, 35 minutes from Nice airport, 15 minutes from Grasse downtown and at the epicentre between Opio (2km), Valbonne (5km) and Châteauneuf (3km).
You have a house with kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and toilet, a terraced garden with garden furniture, and a bucolic view of the old oak forest, facing south.
The accommodations are fully air-conditioned, Linen is provided, and has comfortable bedding. We are a family and can provide you, on request, with a cot, high chair, learning pot, crockery, games, books...
Nice walks start on foot from the Lodge. Hikes and trails are also easy to access for sports enthusiasts. As a walker myself, I will be happy to suggest itineraries.
We have an electric car charging station in our garage that we can make available on request.
We have a compost a few meters from the lodge.

The Lodge is located 35 minutes from Nice airport, 30 minutes from Cannes. Italy, Monaco, Menton, are 1 hour away and can be reached by train from Antibes or Cagnes sur Mer station, 1/2 hour from the Lodge. On the other side of the Esterel, you can also enjoy Saint Tropez, Fréjus, Saint Raphaël ...
From the Lodge, you will find what you are looking for in summer and winter, with the beautiful beaches of Antibes, Cannes, Mandelieu but also very nice family ski resorts, such as Gréolières les neiges, Isola 2000, Auron and Valberg.
In short, you will be close to everything, but quiet.
