The antique double doors open onto the stairwell, featuring a marble floor, a marble staircase, and a banister with an ornate wrought-iron railing. The 50-square-meter apartment features a cozy living and dining area with a large bay window, two bedrooms (1x 1.60 | 1x 1.80), and a high-quality bathroom—all in keeping with the Art Nouveau ambiance. The apartment is furnished in a modern and elegant style and offers ample space and a cozy atmosphere for 4 people. In the basement, there is a washing machine and a dryer that are operated by coin-operated machines.
Its central location on the western outskirts of the city, close to the Milchbar, the Michelin-starred restaurant Seesteg, the Marienhöhe, and many other diverse dining options, is sure to delight food lovers.
