About this apartment rental

Apartment on the 8th floor, with terrace of 30m2, facing south, breathtaking view!
for 2 people, modern, bathroom, living room, 1 bedroom, hall, possibility to rent my parking 10e per day,
The bed is huge.
apartment without neighbors, you don't see anyone and you have the sky to yourself!
Opposite, there is the large Médiacité area with various shops.
Near rue Grétry and its restaurants of various nationalities.
The welcome is by Gisèle who will be waiting for you downstairs.
a deposit will be requested of 100e which I return on the day of departure if no damage.
you must notify 30 minutes before arrival because Gisèle lives far away.
